How we handle your information.

This website belongs to Fenwick Street Barbers, 48–50 Britannia Building, Fenwick Street, Liverpool L2 7NB. It is a simple information site. We designed it to collect as little about you as possible.
What this site collects
- No forms, no accounts. There is nothing on this site to fill in, so we do not collect names, email addresses or messages through it.
- No analytics or advertising trackers. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta pixels or similar tools on this site.
- No cookies set by us. The site does not store cookies or use local storage.
- Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from a third-party font service.
Things that leave this site when you choose to
- The map. The map on the “Find us” section only loads after you press “Load map”. Loading it makes a request to Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies at that point. Google’s handling of that request is covered by Google’s privacy policy.
- Links to Google and Facebook. Review, directions and Facebook links take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
- Phone links. Tapping our number simply opens your phone app. We only see your number if you call us, the same as any phone call.
Web hosting
Like every website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used only to run the site securely and to diagnose faults, and is kept for a limited period by the hosting provider.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal information held about you, including the right to ask what we hold and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Because this site holds none, the simplest route is to speak to us in the shop or call 0151 236 8122. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
If we add anything to the site that changes what is collected, for example an online booking tool, we will update this page and the date at the top.
